EC char macros/bars/settings crossover

Ok guys, I am sure somewhere in the forums someone has asked this question before... but I need a quick answer as this been bugging me....

I just installed UO on a new PC and I would like to know if I can copy the files from my old PC, the char files for macros/settings that are stored in ``My Documents/EA Games...etc´´ straight into the new PC or do I have to redo everything again??
